With a little luck, the dealer's den will have someone selling that very softbound book. I just tried to find it on my shelf and no luck, so I don't recall the name, off hand. It did have a colorful picture of a werewolf, a dalmation and several other suiters poising for the shot on it. In fact, the book was promoted down at Comic Con as being the best book for making costumes. (Though, the man on stage pronounced in the very same breath his hatred of all things Furry. And, that he would not promote such a book, if there was anything else even remotely similar for costuming in general.) My mind keeps hazing that the word "Fursuiting" was apart of the title in large, decorative print.

It's titled "Critter Costuming, Making Mascots and Fabricating Fursuits" by Adam Riggs. You can find it on Amazon.com for about 37.00.

There is also a Live Journal http://www.livejournal.comcomunity that might interest you called fursuit. Trust me. This community is packed with information and for every one entry I see from friends, there is often 1-3 entries from the fursuit community surrounding it. I just scrolled through the last three days and counted from 6 to 11 lenghly posts per day. Extremely active and helpful.
